Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 10, 2010, Wyndham Worldwide Corporation issued the following
correction to its press release, dated February 10, 2010, reporting financial results for the
quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2009. In the section titled "Guidance", the second bullet should read "Adjusted EBITDA
of $775 - $825 million" rather than "Adjusted EBITDA of $775 - $800 million" as originally issued inadvertently.
